After attending this summer school participants will be able to bring back to their daily clinical work and research activities new knowledge about the importance of allergy and its underlying immunological conditions, focusing on the etiology, symptoms and management of allergic diseases, and to implement new concepts on allergy specific immunotherapy.
Registration is open until 1 October 2012 or until the expected number of registrations is reached. In order to achieve an intimate and collegial atmosphere, to leave plenty of space for discussion and to obtain optimum conditions for practical sessions, the number of participants will be limited to 60.
This School will take place in El Escorial, Spain. Right in the heart of the Sierra of Guadarrama and only 50 km from Madrid, this lively city opens itself to the world offering the visitor an exclusive architectonic heritage, a privileged natural environment and an unbeatable cultural proposal in the Madrid region.
Abstract submission will be open from 20 August until 20 September. Submission of abstracts is not obligatory but encouraged. Only abstracts in the field of allergy and immunotherapy will be considered. Both scientific work and case presentations are welcome.
The EAACI/GA2LEN Allergy School on Specific Allergy and Immunotherapy will be
CME accredited and a limited number of travel grants will be provided.
