    Call for Applications

    This year, IDF Europe is launching the IDF Europe Prize in Diabetes to reward excellence, innovaton and commitment in Diabetes.
    This award aims at increasing awareness about diabetes and recognizing outstanding individuals who have dedicated themselves to improving the lives of people with diabetes.
    Two profiles are eligible for the prize: Young Researchers and Long Standing Achievement.

    Young Researchers Eligibility
    The applicant must be nominated by a peer.
    The applicant must be a qualified health care professional aged 40 or younger, involved in innovatve patent-oriented research in the fields of physiology, pathophysiology or epidemiology of diabetes mellitus and its complicatons.

    All applicatons must be submited in electronic format by e-mail to idfeurope@idf-europe.org or by fax to + 32 25371981 by 30 June 2012 latest.
