Dear Colleagues, It is our great pleasure to announce the 2nd Sepsis Treatment And Research (STAR) Symposium, which will be held in Vecsés, Hungary, 12-13 September 2025, and we would like to invite all doctors and nurses involved in the care of critically ill patients to this exciting event. We invited acknowledged international experts and key opinion leaders in the field of intensive and critical care medicine, and the program of the symposium aimed to present the most important elements and latest research results related to the care of critically ill patients suffering from sepsis and septic shock. Immár hetedik alkalommal kerül megrendezésre Pécsett a Mediterrán Intenzíves Randevú. A szakmánkat érintő folyamatos támadások mellett egyre fontosabb, hogy összejöjjünk, összetartsunk. Ennek jó lehetőségét képezik a különböző kongresszusok, ahol a tudomány legújabb eredményeinek ismertetése mellett lehetőség nyílik személyes találkozásokra is. A MIRA előtti napon, de ahhoz kapcsolódóan 2 akkreditált pontszerző továbbképző tanfolyamra kerül sor a Patient Blood Management, illetve gyermekanesztézia témakörében. Mind a két tanfolyamon a szakma elismert képviselői adnak elő. A korábbi gyakorlatnak megfelelően a MIRA-ra regisztráltak számára a részvétel e tanfolyamokon ingyenes. Az aneszteziológiai és intenzív terápiás előadások mellett külön szekció foglalkozik a fájdalomterápiával, hisz Pécs ebben úttörő szerepet játszik. A szakorvos képzés a jövőbe tett befektetés ezért igen nagy jelentőséggel bír. Ezért egy oktatási és szakmapolitikai szekciót is beiktattunk a programba. Az utóbbi szomorú aktualitását az adja, hogy ismét napirendre került az anesztézia és intenzívterápia szétválasztása, illetve a nővérnarkózis bevezetése. Másrészt úgy érzem a társaságot tájékoztatni szükséges a szakfőorvosi tevékenység végzésének eredményeiről. Előzetes regisztráció alapján lehetőség lesz az AITI-n működő e-lázlap és műtéti jegyzőkönyv megtekintésére a gyakorlatban. A tudományos program mellett lehetőség lesz kötetlen beszélgetésekre, városlátogatásra idegenvezetővel, illetve szeptember 26.-án este bankettet tartunk. NEFMI rendelet az egészségügyi szakdolgozók továbbképzésének szabályairól 6. § (1) Szabadon választható elméleti továbbképzésnek minősül: az orvosok, fogorvosok, gyógyszerészek és az egészségügyi felsőfokú szakirányú szakképesítéssel rendelkezők folyamatos továbbképzéséről szóló miniszteri rendelet szerinti kötelező szakmacsoportos, valamint szabadon választható, akkreditált elméleti továbbképzésen történő részvétel. Folyamatos továbbképzés alapján megszerezhető legmagasabb pontértékek: 41–50 pontig minősített továbbképzés esetén: 16 pont.

The XIV ICD 2025 – will combine tradition and innovation in a scientifically stimulating meeting that offers something for everyone in our six roads of dermatology. It will bring together international experts with the aim of offering an accessible blend of clinical, practical, and scientific education. We also have the pleasure of welcoming high-profile international scientific speakers to provide plenary lectures on issues of significant interest and significance. Dear colleagues and friends, We are pleased to announce the organization of the 2nd Cadaveric Course "All about forefoot - Ηands on fresh frozen cadaveric specimens" which will take place on June 20th – 21st, 2025, in Thessaloniki, Greece. The Course is organized in cooperation with the Balkan Foot and Ankle Society (BAFAS). In recent years we witnessed a significant increase of interest among orthopaedic surgeons in Foot and Ankle surgery and that’s why many worldwide experts have been invited to share with us their knowledge and experience. The topics that will be presented in the Course will cover a great range of the forefoot surgical procedures focusing on teaching safe Foot & Ankle surgery. The theoretical part of the Course will be held at the Teloglion Fine Arts Foundation while the educational program on fresh frozen cadaveric specimens will take place at the Laboratory of Anatomy and Surgical Anatomy of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The Masterclasses in advanced thyroid cancers (MAsterTC) are an initiative born under the auspices of the European Thyroid Association and aims to increase the knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of advanced differentiated, medullary and anaplastic thyroid cancer. The Faculty will include endocrinologist, oncologist, pathologist, nuclear medicine doctors who have a recognized experience in the thyroid cancer topic. MAsterTC will be a full immersion clinical and translational event designed for specialists with some experience in the thyroid cancer field who would like to receive further training on the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors from a multidisciplinary point of view. Participants will be exposed to several topics and to a practice-oriented training. MATC will be opened to a maximum of 50 participants and will be organized into plenary lectures and interactive workshops. Moreover, a tumor board scenery will be simulated where participants will present and discuss clinical cases to an International faculty of top experts (participants will be assigned to one of the 4 selected items and notified in advance to allow the preparation of the clinical case). MATC will be divided into 2 educational parts: 1. Slides of the lectures shared with attendees before the event to give each participant the chance to deepen into different topics and to prepare for the in-person discussion 2.
