Tisztelt Kolléga!
Ezúton tisztelettel meghívom Önt a 2010. augusztus 28-án 10 órakor Óbudán megrendezésre kerülő tudományos programunkra.
Helyszín: Kéhli Vendéglő (1036, Budapest, III. kerület, Mókus u. 22.)
A program a MAKÓ (Menopausa Ambulanciák Klubja Óbudán) keretein belül kerül megrendezésre. A tudományos program témája a postmenopausalis nők osteoporosis terápiája köré csoportosul, és aktualitását az adja, hogy 2010. májusában törzskönyveztek világszerte egy új, biológiai készítményt, mely ezen betegek számára egy teljesen új hatásmechanizmusú, elérhető, modern terápiás lehetőséget jelent. A gyógyszer várhatóan ősszel a hazai patikákban is elérhetővé válik, ezért gondoljuk fontosnak, hogy Önöknek erről tájékoztatást nyújtsunk, és esetleges kérdéseikre válaszoljunk.

- Aktualitások a menopausa, postmenopausa terápiájában ( Dr.Pap Károly)
- RANKL gátlás: új terápiás lehetőség postmenopausalis osteoporosisban (Prof. Dr.Balogh Ádám)
- Postmeopausalis osteoporosis a sebész szemével (Dr. Somogyi Péter)

A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 39. évfolyamának 3. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 24 éves férfi. Bx 2021. Felső légúti infekció után 1,5-2 héttel nefrózis szindróma, eGFR >90 ml/min/tf
(klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 54 éves férfi. Bx 2021. Obezitás (BMI 41 kg/m2), 10 éve ismert hipertónia, 5 éve ismert 2-es típusú diabétesz mellitusz. Két hónapja fennálló nefrózis szindróma (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof.
Iványi Béla).
3. 66 éves férfi. Bx 2021. Beszűkült vesefunkció (szérum kreatinin 157 µmol/L, proteinuria 6,8 g/nap,
mikrohematúria). Hat hónappal korábban szteroid kezelés bőrvaszkulitisz miatt. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter,
szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
