1. Hungarian Track: In order to attract enough psychiatrists from Hungary it would be desirable to have Hungarian Track including courses. Along with this it is outlined that the Hungarian Psychiatric Association needs an income of approximately 120.000 Euro (ca. 30.000.000 Forint after taxes) in order to keep up their society. It should be mentioned that around 60% of the participants of the yearly  congress (1100 participants including psychologists) are sponsored by Industry to be able to participate.

2. Local organizing committee: EPA should give asap feedback when the local organizing committee can constitute and who will be the members (incuding a member from Poland) and what are potential topics for the main topic of the congress.

3. Potential topics of the EPA Congress: during an intense discussion the Hungarian colleagues outlined the following potential topics:

- a. Hungarian models of psychiatry: suggested to offer a historical/cultural journey through the history of Psychiatry in Budapest. It would take about 2 hours and would include people like Ferenczi, a close associate of Freud and von Meduna, one eminent researcher of convulsive treatment in psychiatry.

- b. Scientific progress in psychiatry

- c. Destigmatizing psychiatry

4. Local PCO: Beside Kenes it is recommended to have a local PCO building on a long-standing working relationship

5. Regular meetings: It was suggested to have regular telephone conferences or meetings. P. Falkai will discuss this protocol with Philip Gorwood, the current president of EPA.
