Conference Venue The Budapest Congress Center (BCC) is the number one conference centre in Hungary. Situated in a picturesque chestnut park, the BCC can be found on the Buda side of the capital, close to the Southern Railway Station, the M1/M7 Motorways, and MOM Shopping Center. The conference and the exhibition will be organized in the Center’s conference rooms. The BCC is linked to the Novotel Budapest City Hotel by an internal corridor. How to get there? The Budapest Congress Center is easily accessible with any kind of transportation.
From the airport, the simplest way is to use either the Budapest Airport Minibus or to take a taxi. Further information about the Minibus service can be found at www.airportshuttle.hu/en. - The text should lie within the indicated frame on the form. The abstract should not contain illustrations or tables;
- Please write the full name of the author(s) (not abbreviated, but without title), as well as their workplace and address.
- In case of basic and clinical research, it is necessary to create structured abstracts (introduction, patients/samples and methodology, results, conclusions) with concrete and quantified results.
- For case studies, free lectures, group works, or roundtable it is adequate to send a brief summary of the topic or case with the following components (explanation of the a topic/case selection; description of the case/topic; lessons)

The prices include the VAT (in case of accommodation fees it includes the local tax and the buffet breakfast as well). On the transfer form, please indicate: “participant’s name” and "the number of the Pro Forma invoice". - On that page, you can either choose “New account” or “Registered users”.
- After clicking on “New account”, you will be asked to provide your personal data, and submit this information. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address in order to receive our e-mail with a confirmation link. Please follow the link for final confirmation and create your password.
- With the created password, please log-in to the system, fill out the applicable forms of abstract submission, registration fees, room booking, optional programs and payment information.
- It is not needed to fill in all the forms at the same time.
- You can move from form to form by clicking on the “next form” button. Once you have submitted a form, after the next log-in you only have to click on the chosen form to change the setting.
- If you would like to share the costs of the accommodation with somebody, please indicate on the booking form his/her name, e-mail address, and tick that you wish to pay part of the price of the shared room. Your roommate will receive a code to the given e-mail address and he/she will only need to choose “reservation with code” to finish their registration.

Please send your request to mptinfo@tensi.hu. Abstracts The abstract book of the conference will be prepared and available in electronic format, for downloading, or printing. Please note, that in the scientific programme of the conference only those presenters can participate, who are registered and paid their registration fee in full.
The abstract submission deadline is: 20th of March 2016. Abstract submission guidelines- Abstract has not been published in Hungary yet;

- In case the presenter cannot participate for any reason the Scientific Programme Committee should be notified in written form latest 2 days before the presentation. Otherwise the presenter agrees, that the right of the presentation in the following year could be denied by the Scientific Programme Committee.
Formal requirements - The abstract title and text are limited to 2500 characters (excluding spaces and punctuation);
- The text should lie within the indicated frame on the form. The abstract should not contain illustrations or tables;
- Please write the full name of author(s) (not abbreviated, but without title), as well as their workplace and address.
- In case of basic and clinical research, it is necessary to create structured abstracts (introduction, patients/samples and methodology, results, conclusions) with concrete and quantified results.
- For case studies, free lectures, group works, or roundtable it is adequate to send a brief summary of the topic or case with the following components (explanation of the a topic/case selection; description of the case/topic; lessons)
Upon abstract submission, please indicate (from the list of options below) the form of the presentation and in case of a symposium the name of the organiser: - Oral presentation

Only those abstracts will be accepted that meet the submission and formal requirements. The Scientific Programme Committee has right to review, to send back for rewriting, or to ask for changing the form of the submitted abstracts. The Committee does not accept encore abstracts. Research reports can only be accepted as abstract in case they contain completed researches and data. The duration of the presentation is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for debate. Please note, that the time of the debate cannot be used to extend the presentation.
The dimensions of the poster are: 95 cm width, and 120 cm height. At least one of the authors should be next to the poster during the poster session, and have at least 20 copies of the poster.
