These awards will help support travel for the chosen junior investigator and PhD student to present their data, in poster or oral presentations, at a scientific conference to be held between November 2017 and October 2018.
The requirements for candidate participation and application can be found at http://www.mdpi.com/journal/foods/awards.
The applications will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee consisting of eminent scholars in the field of food research. The Junior Investigator Award and the PhD Student Award will consist of 800 Swiss Francs, respectively. Furthermore, the award winners’ papers will be published in Foods (after peer review and appropriate revision) with a full publication fee waiver.
We are currently accepting applications for these two awards and encourage you to share this announcement with your postdoctoral fellows and Ph.D. students for them to submit their applications to foods@mdpi.com by 30 August 2017.
