Practice of Thoracic Anaesthesia during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear Colleague,
We invite you to participate in the present survey that explores the current practice in the management of patients undergoing Thoracic (non-cardiac) surgery during the ongoing COVID-19-pandemic. This survey is led by the thoracic Subspecialty Commission of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology (EACTA).
Healthcare professionals who participate in this survey will help to describe global and local practice, needs, challenges, threats and obstacles in the management of thoracic patients during the COVID-19 outbreak.
When you enter the survey, you will be asked to complete the questionnaire without skipping any question because we need to collect all the information. The survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
Your participation in this study is voluntary and anonymous. You can decide at any time to stop participation. None of the questions is related to any of the patients treated in your center.
All collected data will be kept anonymously, safely and completely confidential for 5 years according to the General Data Protection Regulations (that can be accessed at https://eugdpr.org/). All information will be used only for statistical and reporting purposes.
