Presents an Advanced EFIS-EJI Course on:
Innate Immunity 2012: from Evolution to Revolution
-Innate Immunity: Evolution
-Innate Immunity: Effector and Regulatory Mechanisms
-Innate Immunity in Therapy
The Course will cover broad aspects of innate immunity, including different cells, molecules, basic and clinical science, and an evolutionary perspective.
The official language is English. The number of participants is limited to 70.
Early Registration fee (until September 13, 2012) is € 500.00 and includes course material, lunches, a welcome buffet dinner, coffee breaks and a guided tour of Roman ruins.
Faculty and participants can all stay in the same hotel, at very reasonable prices (see Hotel Registration Form).
Several partial or full bursaries are available from funding provided by EFIS-EJI, with preference given to applicants from developing countries. Deadline for application is September 13, 2012.
We encourage participants and instructors to arrive Wed. 31 Oct, and stay until Sunday 4 Nov.
Also available: Special one-day participation for €30 (includes course material and coffee breaks) or €50 (also includes lunch).

Helyszín: Spain, Barcelona & Madrid, The EFORT Travelling Fellowship Courses are organised by the National Orthopaedic Societies, member of the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
The EFORT Travelling Fellowship of autumn 2012 will be held in Spain. It is open to surgeons from European countries selected by their National Association, in order to favour exchanges between the Travelling Fellows and the Orthopaedics of the inviting nation.
The Scientific Programme of the Fellowship Course will be organised in two cities in Spain:
Barcelona (11 – 14 November)
Madrid (15 – 17 November)

On behalf of the Endocrine Section of the Serbian Medical Society, the Endocrine Society of the Slovenian Medical Association, and the Serbian Society for Reproductive Endocrinology, we cordially invite you to attend this meeting that has the intention to encourage basic and clinical interest in polycystic ovary syndrome – the most prevalent endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age. The Symposium is oriented towards endocrinologists, gynecologists, young trainees, biologists and other physicians and researchers who are interested in advancing and updating their knowledge in the field of reproductive endocrinology. Lectures will be given by distinguished European endocrinologists, gynecologists, and basic scientists. You are cordially invited to actively participate in the Free communication sessions, in Young investigators round table or in a Poster session.
