A megismételt közgyűlés – ugyanezen napirendi pontok vonatkozásában – a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.

Tisztelettel kérem a MOOT szavazati joggal rendelkező tagjait, szíveskedjenek minél nagyobb számban megjelenni a közgyűlésen, a határozatképesség (50 % + 1 fő jelenléte) érdekében is.
Amennyiben a közgyűlés nem határozatképes, úgy azt ismételten összehívom 2009. május 22-én 17 óra 30 perces kezdettel, azonos helyszínnel. Ebben az esetben a közgyűlés a megjelent tagok számára való tekintet nélkül határozatképes.
