A Semmelweis Egyetem Patológiai, Igazságügyi és Biztosítási Orvostani Intézet Nefropatológiai Munkacsoportja és a Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Kórház és Rendelőintézet Immunonephrológiai Osztály nefrológusai örömmel hívják meg a nefrológiával foglalkozó orvosokat/kutatókat a Nefropatológiai Esetmegbeszélések soron következő előadására, melyet online szervezünk. Esetek:
43 éves férfi. Rutin laborvizsgálat igazolta 5. stádiumú veseelégtelenségét, teljesen panaszmentesen. Belgyógyászati betegség nem ismert, gyógyszert nem szed. Jelenleg BMI normál, korábban túlsúlyos volt. Subnephroticus proteinuria.
67 éves nő. Kezelt T2DM, B12 hiány, 2022 februárban vesefunkció eltérés, mely azóta jelentős progressziót mutat, aktuálisan predialitikus stadiumú.
37 éves nő. eGFR = 29 ml/mnin/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 4 g/die. Hypertonia, egy éve romló vesefunkció. Távolabbi anamnézisében hypothyreosis, fejfájás, NSAID szedés. Immunszerológiai vizsgálatai negatívak.
