A továbbképzés a diabetológia, cukorbeteg-gondozás és -kezelés újdonságairól nyújt korszerű áttekintést. Az előadások határterületi kérdéseket is érintenek (reumatológia, neurológia, infektológia), valamint a digitalis diabetes kapcsán a legújabb web-es, okostelefonon futtatható, betegoktató programokat érintő előadás is lesz.

A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága nephrológiai klinikopathológiai esetbemutatást szervez, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 60 éves nő. Bx 2019. nov. Ismeretlen etiológiájú veseelégtelenség. Szérum kreatinin 397 μmol/L, eGFR 14 ml/min/1.73 m2, szérum albumin 54 g/L, proteinuria 0.5 g/nap. 2019. januárban még jó vesefunkció, júniusban eGFR 21 ml/min/1.73m2. Normocytaer anaemia.
Mozgásra derékfájdalom. Korábban osteoporotikus eredetű kompressziós csigolyatörések.
(klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
2. 64 éves férfi. Bx 2014, re-Bx 2020. jan. 2014-ben nefrózis szindróma hátterében PLA2R1-negatív membranosus nephropathia és SLE igazolódik. Delagil-Imuran mellett egyensúlyban van. Rebiopszia aktivitás gyanúja miatt: proteinuria 1.6 g/nap, mikrohaematuria, szérum kreatinin 88 μmol/L, eGFR 79 ml/min/1.73 m2. 2TDM 1 éve, BMI 21 kg/m2. (klinikum: Dr. Balog Attila, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 43 éves férfi. Bx 2020. jan. Proteinuria 3 g/nap, makrohaematuria, szérum kreatinin 527 μmol/L, eGFR 11 ml/min/1.73 m2, cholesterin 8.6 mmol/L, albumin 41 g/L, BMI 29 kg/m2.
