Vállcentrum Szent Magdolna Magánkórház Vállsebészeti képzési program 2025 A 2023-ban elindított vállsebészeti alapozó képzés a váll és könyöksebészeti társaság (MVKE) aktív részvételével és a társaság egyéb oktatási programjai által a vállsebészeti tudásbázis növekszik Elindultak/elindulnak az ország sok régiójában a vállambulanciák ezek általában a speciális érdeklődésű kollégák útkeresése nem/ritkán rendszerszintű igény beteljesítése Ezeknek az önállóan fejlődő kezdeményezéseknek vannak előnyeik és nehézségeik. Előnyeinek tekinthető a motiváltság, hiszen senki nem kényszeríti a tevékenységet, de a legfőbb hátránya a segítség hiánya. Fontos, hogy ezeket a szerveződéseket támogassuk, eligazítsuk a legjobb tudásunk szerint. Az elméleti képzés elérhető (mind a rendszeres rendezvényeken, mind az interneten) de a gyakorlati képzés, a felmerülő kérdések gyakorlati elhelyezése a terápiás algoritmusban további fejlesztést igényel. 2025-ben ezekre a hiányosságokra koncentrálunk Megtartjuk a sikeres 4 alkalom alapozó tréninget 2025-ben a következő témákkal: 01.10 Hátsó Instabilitás 05.09 Anatómiai Vállprotézis 09.05 Rekonstruálhatatlan ROK szakadás (BALATONFÜRED) 11.14 Proximális Humerus Törések INTRODUCTION WEEK -1 hét velünk Intenzív, kitartást igénylő 1 hét csak felkészülteknek. Ebben a havi maximum 1 hétben 1 fő oktatása a cél. A kiválasztott betekintést nyer a Vállcentrum orvosainak normál tevékenységébe, mindennapjaiba. Itt lehetőség nyílik a megtanult/vélt információkat pontosítani, gyakorlati köntösbe öltöztetni. Hiszen a kongresszuson hallott eredmények nem teljesen fedik a valóságot. Azért fontos a felkészültség, mert rengeteg információ kiesik, ha nincs milyen tudásbázishoz kötni, a rendszerezésen van a hangsúly! 1 hét után garantáltan zsongó fejjel távozik a hallgató, de miután a tudás leülepedett ismét visszatérhet egy csiszolásra. 1 főnek 2 hetet tervezünk minimum 3 hónap különbséggel. 3 műtéti nap 2 nap rendelés Gyógytorna Jelentkezés Horváth Viktóriánál – vallcentrum@szentmagdolna.com HOZD A BETEGED PROGRAM – Te hozod mi segítünk Ezzel a programmal azokat a kollégákat szeretnénk segíteni, akiknek nincs segítségük a gyakorlati tudás megszerzésében. Jó alapokkal rendelkeznek, a betegválogatás pontos, a diagnózisok rendben, de a megvalósításban akadályba ütköznek. Technikai vagy humán erőforrás hiányosság is vezethet rosszul kivitelezett műtéthez. A kiválasztott kolléga a saját praxisából hoz számára nehezen kivitelezhető betegeket, akit a Szent Magdolna Magánkórházban/ Zirci 1 napos sebészeten a Vállcentrum munkatársai segítségével operálhat 3-4 műtét 1 napra – 1 napos Arthroscopos Műtét 2 implant nélküli – ASD? Release, AC rezekció, Deposit 2 implant igényű – ROK varrat, Instabilitás Havi 1-2 alkalom / megbeszélés szerint Jelentkezés Horváth Viktóriánál – vallcentrum@szentmagdolna.com FELLOWSHIP – 12 hónap hands on oktatás, jövőképpel A külföldi példákhoz hasonlóan az ortopéd-traumatológus képzése végén lévő kolléga, specializálódik. Ez egy 1 éves teljes körű hands on képzés ahol a kiválasztott nemcsak látja de önállóan végzi is a Vállsebészeti rendeséseket, beavatkozásokat, kutatási projektet vezet. A jelenlegi adottságaink miatt szakvizsgás önálló munkavégzésre képes alkalmas kollégát keresünk (későbbiekben változhat). Ehhez a képzéshez a cégek általi támogatásokat a képzés anyagigényére fordítjuk, így fizetést és szállást nem tudunk biztosítani a jelentkezőnek. Az elfoglaltság átlagosan heti 3.5 napot vesz igénybe hétköznapokon. Az egy év végén önálló vállsebészeti tevékenységre alkalmas tudást szerez a hallgató. Dear Colleagues and Friends, On behalf of the Organizing and Scientific Committee, I would like to cordially invite you to the 4th Visegrad Plastic Surgery Congress, held in Budapest, from the 2nd-5th of October, 2025. The Visegrád Group, also known as the Visegrád Four or simply the V4, is a regional initiative, alliance, dating back to the 14th century, when the Visegrád Group chose Visegrád as the place of meeting for the 1335 Congress of Visegrád, held by the Bohemian (Czech), Polish and Hungarian rulers. In more recent years, the castle town of Visegrád, based on it’s former historical role, was chosen for the first summit meeting between the leaders of Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Poland in 1991. The original 3 countries became 4 in 1993, with the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, when the Czech Republic and Slovakia became independent members of the alliance. The group was created to implement changes and reforms required for full EU and NATO membership. EU membership was acquired by all four members in May, 2004 Since then, the Visegrad Group has focused on various topics, most significantly on cultural cooperation. The idea of extending the scope of cooperation of the Visegrád Group to the area of Plastic Surgery was conceived only a few years ago. The historical and cultural ties provided a sound foundation to exchange experience, discuss new concepts, to learn from each other, as well as from renowned and recognized colleagues form around the world. The biennial series of Visegrad Plastic Surgery Congresses have been successfully organized since 2019. The first one in Polonica, Poland in 2019, followed by the second in Bruno, Czech Republic in 2021, and the third in Demänovská Doline-Jasná, Slovakia in 2023. It is now our privilege to organize the 4th congress this year. The 2025 congress will be held in Budapest, with a very interesting and exciting scientific program. The event will also give us the opportunity to visit the beautiful castle town of Visegrád. We sincerely hope you can accept our invitation to attend the congress and hold your lecture. Dear Colleagues,

In November this year, we present the 22nd Edition of the EDF Euroderm Excellence Training Program: a unique course offered to the best residents in dermato-venereology throughout Europe. The theme of the EDF Euroderm Excellence 2025 is “Dermatology of Tomorrow”.

This course is organized by the European Dermatology Forum (EDF), a non-profit professional dermatology organization dedicated to improving the healthcare needs of dermatology patients in Europe. Over the course of 4 days, leading experts in dermatology from all over Europe will deliver the best of their knowledge to provide the attendees with the state-of-the-art dynamic teaching through a series of lectures and workshops. The objective of this experienced international Faculty is to provide an “in-depth” and “hands-on” know-how, covering the most important aspects of dermatological practice and science. Moreover, selected residents will have the chance to interact with a panel of the leading specialists and opinion leaders in dermatology and venereology. The ultimate objective is to stimulate your mind and help foster your goal of becoming a vital part in shaping the future of our discipline. The high quality of the course and interactive exchange is what makes the Euroderm Excellence such a unique course, and we hope that this will be a new stimulation for future collaboration and friendship among participants.

WELCOMING ADDRESS BY THE EDF PRESIDENT Dear EDF Members Dear Corporate supporting Members Dear Guests On behalf of the EDF Board, I am delighted to welcome you to the 29th EDF Annual Meeting. We are looking forward to spending 3 days in a convival atmosphere supporting education, scientific exchange and collaboration. This EDF Annual Meeting takes place each January in Switzerland and is designed to address several of the significant issues impacting dermato-venereology and ranging from clinical, scientific to political matters. In January 2026, we will again meet in Montreux, a traditional spa town nestled among steep hills on the shores of Lake Geneva. The town is known for its mild microclimate and the Montreux Jazz Festival in July. Magnificent Belle Époque buildings line the waterfront surrounded by sculptures and Mediterranean trees. The medieval Chillon Castle is located on an island offshore. The moated castle includes ramparts, reception halls and a chapel with 14th-century murals. In 2026, the EDF Annual Meeting will be held again at the Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic, a 4-star hotel in the style of the Belle Époque situated at the heart of Montreux, directly on the banks of Lake Geneva. At the main meeting we will discuss and debate a wide range of current dermatology and venereology topics. The EDF Board has put together an exceptional program based on scientific and medical excellence with plenary talks, two interactive sessions as well as updates from our commission groups and sister societies, whilst at the same time being mindful of diversity, gender and geographical balance. We are looking forward to welcoming you in person at the 29th EDF Annual Meeting in Montreux.
