A tanfolyam a Semmelweis Egyetem által SE-TK/2020.I./00215 kódszámon akkreditált szabadon választható továbbképző tanfolyam, amelynek kreditpont értéke orvosok számára, tesztírással 32 pont.
Szakképesítések, amelyekhez szakma szerinti pontszámként elszámolható: 1. belgyógyászat; 2. foglalkozásegészségügy; 3. geriátria; 4. gerontológia; 5. háziorvostan.
Köszöntő:
Napjainkban egyre emelkedik az életkor felső határa, az idős populáció számaránya világszerte nő és az egészségügyi ellátás jelentős részét az idősek kezelésére fordítják. A világ 6,8 milliárd lakosa közül 600 millió 60 évnél idősebb és számuk az előrejelzések szerint 2050-re kétmilliárdra nő. A hazai népességünk közel egyötödét kitevő idős, vagyis a 65 év feletti korosztály ellátásában minden szakterületen dolgozó kolléga aktív szerepet játszik.
A fiatalok és felnőtt középkorúak ellátását biztosító tudásunk csak részlegesen alkalmazható az idős betegek kezelése, a kórállapotokra utaló tünetek gyakran megváltoznak, egyidejűleg számos progrediáló, krónikus betegség alakul ki, melyek összetett gyógyszerelést igényelnek. Figyelembe kell vennünk a nemkívánatos gyógyszer mellékhatásokat, kölcsönhatásokat, a gyakran romló beteg együttműködési képességet.
2020. március 20-21. között harmadik alkalommal szervezzük meg az Időskorú betegek ellátása továbbképzést a Hotel Héliában Budapesten.
A továbbképzésen az idei konferencián részt vevő kollégák által javasolt témakörökkel is foglalkozunk (szívelégtelenség, alvási apnoe, diabetes, korszerű sebkezelés, hiperaktív hólyag, pajzsmirigy betegségek, szexualitás idős korban) emellett lipidológia, hipertonológia, onkológia és gasztroenterológia a kongresszus kiemelt témái.
Az előadások valóban gyakorlatorientáltak lesznek és nem marad el a témával kapcsolatos kérdések megtárgyalása sem.

Now announcing the first ISEV meeting on Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) in Immunity!
What is EVs in Immunity?
5 – 7 November, 2025
Divani Caravel Hotel, Athens, Greece
ISEV is proud to announce the societies’ first conference focusing on EVs and immunity. This conference will bring thought leaders from various fields within Immunology and Extracellular Vesicle research together in order to address the key challenges at the interface of EV research and immunity. This conference will provide a unique forum for listening to the latest data from thought leaders, sharing new discoveries and exchanging ideas, setting up new collaborations, and identifying important future directions and research needs.
Furthermore, this meeting will provide the opportunity to initiate the activities of an ISEV “Special Interest Group” (SIG) dedicated to Immunity and EVs/NVEPs. We really hope that you will be as excited as us to attend this meeting, and possibly get a chance to become an active member of this SIG.
As a reminder, the symposium is confidential to foster new ideas and unpublished data sharing. We also would like to emphasize that this symposium is foreseen to develop into the reference conference on EVs in Immunity. There will be numerous opportunities for all of us to share our results or ideas in various focus areas, such as cancer, infectious diseases, central nervous system, cardiovascular diseases, developmental diseases, and various other relevant physiological and pathological conditions.
