We are proud to announce that the 7th World Congress on Controversies to Consensus in Diabetes, Obesity and Hypertension (CODHy) will take place in Sorrento, Italy, April 11-13, 2019.
Academically, the 7th World CODHy Congress will raise the most dynamic and controversial topics facing clinicians in the fields of Diabetes, Obesity and Hypertension in an exciting debate forum. The Congress will promote excellence in these fields by seeking to shed light on ongoing and challenging debates and to bridge gaps between the expansion of information and its consolidation in clinical practice.
Allowing ample time for speaker-audience discussion, the Congress aims at reaching up-to-date and agreed-upon answers to ongoing debates even when data remains limited, through evidence-based medicine and expert opinion. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in this vibrant meeting which will facilitate discussions on the shared experiences and opinions of leading local and international experts. The 7th World CODHy Congress will emphasize issues related to in terms of epidemiology, genetics, diagnostics, typical complications and distinctive responses to treatments.

A Francia-Magyar Radiológiai Szimpózium jövőre új helyszínen, a Novotel Budapest Centrum Hotel előadótermeiben kerül megrendezésre. A gyönyörű "art nouveau" stílusú épület méltó hely egy francia rendezvény számára, megfelelő tömegközlekedési, parkolási, kiállítási és étkezési lehetőségekkel rendelkezik.
Érdekesnek ígérkeznek a neuroradiológiai témák: a fertőzéses intracranialis elváltozások, emellett kifejezett újdonságnak számít a pszichiátriai betegségek MR képalkotásának tárgyalása.
A CT-tüdőszűrésről és a hasnyálmirigy daganatokról a legfrissebb, 2019-es tudást fogják megosztani a tapasztalt francia professzorok, közülük többen régi, visszatérő ismerőseink.
A hasi szekcióban szóba kerülnek a cholangiocarcinoma és a pancreas cystikus daganatai is. A mellkasi részben a tüdőfibrosis új diagnosztikus kritériumairól, az interstitialis tüdőbetegségekről és a soliter tüdő nodulus kivizsgálásáról lesz szó, valamint megbeszélésre kerül az alacsony dózisú tüdővizsgálatok indikációs köre is.
Régóta nem volt terítéken emlő téma a Szimpóziumon, most ezt pótoljuk. Az emlőszűrés és diagnosztika régi és új elveiről, gyakorlatáról, tomoszintézisről, emlő MR leletezési csapdákról lesz többek közt szó idén.
A kismedence sürgősségi kórképei ritkán tárgyalt, de nagyon fontos ismeretanyag, ezt is részletesen be fogjuk mutatni.
Mindezekről a témákról a szokásos interaktív esetmegbeszélést workshopok formájában szerda délután tartjuk meg.
