It is our great pleasure to welcome you to an exceptional aortic meeting with a focus on aortic arch – the Lugano 2019 AORTIC Summit – in an entirely new format to intensify knowledge upon aortic pathology and its various treatment modalities being available today. This summit is a practical and logical consequence of the consensus paper on the Aortic Arch, which was a common achievement by both scientific societies ESVS and EACTS.

Understanding the disease forms the basis, being familiar with the treatment options available enlarges the armamentarium and being able to implement them into clinical practice gives the freedom and the flexibility to offer sustainable personalized solutions to treat patients with acute and chronic thoracic aortic pathology in an aortic team.

While it is the mission of the Aortic Association to reduce the burden of aortic disease by education, training and advancing knowledge taking the entire organ aorta into account, we will focus on acute and chronic thoracic aortic pathology involving the aortic arch.

During this course, you will be taken on a journey through the aortic arch and its major branches sharing expertise with a world-renown faculty and you will have the opportunity to practice during numerous workshops addressing both open surgery and endovascular therapy.

Két napos, rezidenseknek, aneszteziológusoknak szóló akkreditált tanfolyam. A tanfolyam maximális létszáma 60 fő.

A tanfolyam célja, hogy hallgatóink megismerkedjenek az - országban egyre terjedő, de nyugati szomszédjainkhoz képest még jelentős lemaradást mutató - ultrahang működésével, aneszteziológiai-intenzív terápiás használatával.
A szakorvos képzésbe bekerült ultrahang alapismereti tanfolyam folytatásaként haladó tanfolyamunk felöleli az ultrahang készülék haladó beállításait, az archiválást, áttekintést ad a részletesebb regionális anesztéziai felhasználási lehetőségektől az intenzív terápiás mellkasi-, hasi ágymelletti diagnosztikáig, a TCD, a haladó érkanülálási technikáktól a bonyolultabb kardiológiai vizsgálatokig.
A tanfolyamon modelleken mutatjuk be az UH gyakorlati alkalmazását és a régiók szerinti képalkotás lehetőségeit, buktatóit elismert, az adott részterületen jelentős tapasztalatot szerzett oktatóink segítségével. Az igényeknek megfelelően a tanfolyam két napos, hogy lehetőséget adjunk „hands-on trainingre”.

A tanfolyam elvégzéséről minden sikeres tesztet írt résztvevőnek igazolást állítunk ki.
