Learning objectives:
1. The role of metrological traceability implementation in improving outcome of medical laboratory services
2. The importance of IVD-MD post-marketing surveillance using appropriate Quality Control programs
3. How Internal Quality Control and External Quality Assessment should be redesigned to provide enough information about metrological traceability of IVD-MDs and associated measurement uncertainty.
