IMPULSE builds upon a highly successful conference series on Signals and Signal Processing in the Immune System (SASPITIS) which had been held bi-annually for more than two decades in Hungary. The "First ISMISS Congress in Turkey on Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery and Interventional Treatments" endorsed by the "International Society for Minimal Intervention in Spinal Surgery (ISMISS)", affiliated with the "Turkish Spine Society", and supported "Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation"," Turkish Neurosurgical Society" and "Turkish Society of Algoloy" will be held in Ankara - Turkey between April 5 - 6, 2008.
