Gyülekező a verseny napján délelőtt 9 órakor a teniszpályán. Sorsolás után kerül sor a mérkőzésre, a döntő után eredményhirdetés, díjkiosztás. A közös vacsora időpontját 19 órára tervezzük.
Szállásbiztosítás telefonon vagy e-mailen keresztül történik. A szállás önköltséges. Este vacsora, másnap reggeli, hazautazás.
A mérkőzés páros és 2 korosztályban történik (45 év alatt, 45 év felett).
Nagyon örülnénk, ha részt tudnál venni a teniszviadalon.
Amennyiben elfogadod meghívásunkat, írásban, telefonon, faxon, e-mailen jelezd részvételi szándékodat és szállásigényedet.
Találkozási hely: Fehérgyarmat, kórház melletti teniszpálya.
