A Semmelweis Egyetem Patológiai, Igazságügyi és Biztosításorvostani Intézet Nefropatológiai Munkacsoportja örömmel hívja meg a nefrológiával foglalkozó orvosokat/kutatókat a Nefropatológiai Esetmegbeszélések soron következő előadására, melyet online szervezünk.

Esetek:
76 éves nő. Akut veseelégtelenség, eGFR = 4 ml/min/1,73m2. Korábban eGFR = 40 ml/min/1,73m2. Proteinuria nincs. Vizeletüledékben ATN jelei.
79 éves férfi. eGFR = 20 ml/min/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 12 g/nap. Szelektív, lényegében albumin örül. Plasmasejtes betegség gyanúja miatt csontvelő biopszia történt, malignus betegséget nem igazolt.
46 éves nő. eGFR = 3 ml/min/1,73m2. 2021-ben még 46 ml/min/1,73m2. Nephrotikus mértékű proteinuria. Hypertonia.
