Dear Friends!
We are pleased to invite you to the second edition of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Eastern Convention, which will take place in Poznań 6-8 December 2018 and will be organized in cooperation with the Wiktor Dega educational platform.
It was a great satisfaction to learn that our first meeting was evaluated very highly both by our Western and Eastern colleagues. The second edition will focus on the problem of the hip joint from birth, or even conception, until old age. The remaining time will be devoted to discussing other important orthopaedic topics from the lower extremity and the spine to the hand. Speakers will include recognized European orthopaedists invited by EFORT and Eastern European specialists delegated by national societies.
We are certain that the rich and varied programme of events will be interesting both to residents and experienced orthopaedists.
The Convention is one of unique and unforgettable event aimed at opening up medical and scientific cooperation, our mission is to set up the bridge between Western and Eastern Orthopaedics and Traumatology providing an opportunity to meet and exchange experience.

A tudatos jelenlét tréningek lényegi eleme az időről időre történő elvonulás és egész napos gyakorlás. Erre ad lehetőséget ez a csendes nap. Az alkalomra való jelentkezés feltétele korábbi mindfulness alapképzettség, minimálisan korábbi 8 hetes sajátélmény csoporton való korábbi részvétel. Az egész napos gyakorlás magában foglalja a korábbi gyakorlatok egy részének átismétlését, benne egy evésmeditációt is, ezért a jelentkezőktől kérjük, hogy hozzanak magukkal hideg ebédet.
