Tisztelt Kollégák!
Nehéz és történésekben gazdag év áll mögöttünk: online pénztárgép - rendelet, Kúria döntés ÁFA-kérdésben, egyeztetés a NAV ellenőrzési szakfőigazgatójával ÁFA ügyben. Ezen túl a 2014. március 15. napján hatályba lépett új Ptk. a 2013. évi V. törvény az egyesületekre vonatkozó jogi szabályozást is jelentősen átírta. 2014. március 15. napját követően egyesület már csak az új szabályok szerint jöhet létre, ill. a korábbi szabályok szerint létrejött egyesületeknek pedig legkésőbb 2017. március 15. napjáig az új szabályokra át kell térniük. Ennek következtében az alapszabályunkat aktualizálnunk kell, ehhez szükséges a társaság 50 %-ának + 1 főnek a megjelenése. Amennyiben ezt nem érjük el, akkor az MPHEST megszüntetik a Ptk. értelmében.
A közgyűlésünk legfontosabb napirendi pontja az alapszabály aktualizálása. Ehhez szükségünk van a tagság megjelenésére. Kérek mindenkit a megjelenésre és az aktív részvételre! Kérek mindenkit, hogy tudassa az időpontot plasztikai sebész kollégáival, barátaival!
Az éves beszámolókon kívül minden fontos ügyről egyeztetnünk kell, valamint ismertetjük a Plasztikai Sebészeti Iránymutatót, ill. a NAV-tól kapott választ a benyújott anyagra.
Kérjük, a honlapon (www.plasztika.org.hu) mindenki frissítse adatait, elérhetőségeit !

A Közgyűlés határozatképtelenség esetén, megismételt időpontban, 2017. február 25-én, szombaton 10.30 órakor kerül megrendezésre, ugyanazon helyszínen és változatlan napirendi pontokkal.
Határozatképesség esetén a fórum a közgyűlés napirendjét követően kerül megrendezésre. Kérdések felvetésére a helyszínen, illetve előzetesen a tbokker@convention.hu címre megküldve nyílik lehetőség.
Kérünk mindenkit, hogy a Közgyűlésig a 2017. évi tagdíjat átutalni szíveskedjen, közleményben feltüntve saját nevét, hogy be tudjuk azonosítani a befizetést! Dear friends and colleagues,
The 2nd international conference "Food, microbiota and immunity" will take place on June 6-9, 2022 at Prague, Czech Republic. The conference is organized by the Czech Immunological Society and supported by the program "Food for the future" of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The conference venue is situated in the city center, close to the Vltava river.
This will be a small event promoting discussions, networking and transfer of knowledge to a new generation of scientists. It is intended as a friendly meeting of colleagues working in immunology, microbiology, food research and related fields.
Apart from the lectures covering several major links between the immune system, food and microbiota, you can look forward to a poster session, panel discussions and informal social events to facilitate the transfer of scientific ideas.
