2014 júniusától elindult az orvosok részére meghirdetett, az egész országra kiterjedő egészségügyi jogi oktatási program. Az oktatás szakmai szervezését, lebonyolítását a HUNGAROMED GROUP Kft. végzi.
A 2014. évben lezajlott sikeres képzések után 2015. december 11-12-én Budapesten folytatjuk a programot. A képzés 2 napos, összesen 18 tanórás és tesztvizsgával zárul. 2015-ben 36 kreditpont, fogorvosoknak 20 kreditpont. 2016-ban 25 kreditpont, fogorvosok 14 kreditpont.
Már lehet jelentkezni a 2016-os oktatásainkra is amelyek a következő helyszíneken és időpontokban kerülnek megrendezésre:
Budapest: 2016. február 12-13.
Pécs: 2016. március 4-5.
Szeged: 2016. április 1-2.
Debrecen: 2016. április 22-23.
Győr: 2016. május 6-7.
Budapest: 2016. június 3-4.
A rendkívül nagy érdeklődést kiváltó korábbi Egészségügyi Jogi képzéseink tapasztalata, hogy a tanfolyam hiánypótló, igen nagy szükség van rá. A képzés a résztvevő orvosok figyelmét a jogszabályok nem, vagy nem kellő ismeretének veszélyeire, tehát olyan területre irányította, mely elválaszthatatlan velejárója a mindennapi munkájuknak.
Az egészségügyi jogi ismeretek oktatásának gondolatát az elmúlt években egyre nagyobb számban előforduló kártérítési pereknek az egészségügyi ellátás valamennyi szintjén történő elterjedése keltette életre.
Az esetek elemzése kapcsán egyre nyilvánvalóbbá válik, hogy a kártérítési perek ismert mértékű növekedése nagyrészt a jogi ismeretek hiányára, ebből fakadóan a betegtájékoztatás hiányosságaira, a nem megfelelő kommunikációra vezethető vissza.
A kártérítési perek túlnyomó része nem orvosi műhiba per, hanem olyan jellegű, ami az egészségügyi személyzet kellő jogi tájékozottsága esetén elkerülhető lenne.
A kártérítési perek összege országos viszonylatban több milliárd forint évente. Az egészségügyi jogi ismeretek célzott oktatásával elősegíthetjük a betegellátással együtt járó felelősségvállalás reális megítélését, és elérhetjük az indokolatlan kockázatvállalás mértékének csökkenését.
A képzést a budapesti, pécsi, szegedi és debreceni jogi egyetemek képzett előadói végzik.
Bízunk abban, hogy a jogi ismeretek elsajátításával érezhetően csökkenni fog az egészségügyben a kártérítési perek száma. A tanfolyam adatlap az OFTEX portálon elérhető, jelentkezni az általunk megküldött jelentkezési lapon illetve az OFTEX portálon lehet a képzésre.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
