A tartalomból:World Kidney Day is now officially recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO)!
With the approval of the WHO Resolution on Kidney Health at the 78th World Health Assembly in Geneva, World Kidney Day is now also officially recognised by the WHO as a global public health day!
This recognition underscores the importance of raising awareness, fostering public engagement, and strengthening global efforts to advance kidney health worldwide. Our heartfelt thanks to the Member States who championed this achievement - especially Guatemala for its leadership on the Resolution - and to all communities and stakeholders, including the International Society of Nephrology (ISN), for helping make this historic milestone a reality.
