Az Európai Lábsebészeti Társaság (EFAS-European Foot and Ankle Society) a Magyar Podiátriai és Lábsebészeti Társaság támogatásával idén április 6.-7. között Budapesten rendezi meg az éves lábsebészeti kurzusát. A kurzus alaptematikáját - az előláb, a lábtő valamint a boka vizsgálata és leggyakoribb elváltozásai diagnosztikája, kezelése - traumatológiai és sportsebészeti szekciók egészítik ki. A kurzust ajánljuk minden lábsebészet iránt érdeklődő szakképzésben levő, illetve lábsebészet iránt érdeklődő szakorvos kollégának. 2017. április 6-8-a között "Utrasound Meets Cytology - A Practical Course on the Manegement of Nodular Goiter" címmel egy 20 órás nemzetközi kurzust szervezünk Mátraházán, a Lifestyle Hotelben az Európai Pajzsmirigy Társaság támogatásával.
A továbbképzés a pajzsmirigy ultrahang és citológia gyakorlati megvalósítására fókuszál. Így élő betegen történő ultrahang-vizsgálatra, a mintavétel modellen történő gyakorlására is lesz lehetőség. A kimerítő mikroszkópos gyakorlat alapja pedig egy 50,000 esetből történő válogatás. A szakmai anyagból ízelítőt mutat be a www.thyrosite.com. Itt egy havonta frissülő quiz-játékra invitáljuk az érdeklődőket. A játék két nyertese 200-200 Euro visszatérítést kap a részvételi díjból.
A pajzsmirigy szakma vezető nemzetközi előadói fogadták el a meghívást. Az előadásokon többek között a molekuláris biológia, a sebészeti eljárást kiváltó alternatívákról és a Bethesda-rendszer gyakorlati alkalmazásáról is naprakész ismeretekre lehet szert tenni. Kevésbé gyakorlott kollégák számára egy előzetes internetes továbbképzésre lesz lehetőség a pajzsmirigy ultrahang és -citológia területén.
A résztvevők száma 50 főben limitált. Ez egyrészt - reményeink szerint - szokatlanul barátságos és közvetlen légkört tesz lehetővé a résztvevők és a kurzus egész időtartama alatt jelen lévő előadók között. Másrészt az érdeklődők számára a korai regisztráció megfontolandó.

A 25. Jubileumi Francia-Magyar Radiológiai Szimpózium alkalmából találkozót rendezünk a Franciaországban járt ösztöndíjas radiológusoknak és a francia kapcsolatok iránt érdeklődő fiataloknak.
Az esemény célja, hogy a korábbi ösztöndíjasok találkozhassanak egymással, az érdeklődőknek beszámoljanak tapasztalataikról, elmondják hogy milyen hatással volt életükre, szakmai pályájukra ez az lehetőség. Ismertetésre kerülnek a jelenlegi ösztöndíj és pályázati lehetőségek.
Közös, kötetlen beszélgetést tervezünk, amin a francia-magyar radiológiai kapcsolatok, és a Szimpózium szervezői, tolmácsai, valamint a Budapesti Francia Intézet képviselői is részt vesznek, a felmerülő kérdésekre válaszolnak.
A Szimpóziumon számos vezető francia radiológus professzor is jelen lesz, így az érdeklődők személyes kapcsolatokat is köthetnek, esetleges leendő oktatójukkal.
A találkozón részt vevő korábbi francia ösztöndíjasok és a Magyar Radiológusok Társasága ifjúsági tagjai (37 év alatt) a szerdai napon ingyenesen részt vehetnek a Szimpózium szakmai eseményein, csak a kiegészítő szolgáltatásokat (étkezés, szállás) kell – igénybe vétel esetén – kifizetni.
