Lim (Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI). Designed for all members of ILDS Member Societies and those interested in global health, particularly early- to mid-career dermatologists, join Prof Lim as he reflects on his inspiring journey in global dermatology leadership. Sharing personal reflections on his path from his early life and academic foundations to leadership roles in dermatological societies, such as the AAD and ILDS, Prof Lim will explore the challenges, lessons, and rewards of shaping skin health policy on a global stage - and how others can follow a similar path.
