A Társaság vezetősége 2022. június 17-én (pénteken) 17 óra 45 percre tűzte ki a Magyar Endokrinológiai és Anyagcsere Társaság közgyűlését, amelyre meghívjuk, részvételére feltétlenül számítunk.

Helyszín: Karos Spa Hotel (Zalakaros, Alma utca 1.)

Regisztrálás a közgyűlésre: 16 órától

Javasolt napirend:

1. Vezetőségi beszámoló.
2. Előző évről szóló számviteli beszámoló, 2023. évi költségvetési terv.
3. A Társaság 2021-ben megtárgyalt Alapszabálya 15.§ (4) módosítása a postai levélszavazás kérdésében (13.Pk.60.601/1989/27. számú bírói végzésre tekintettel).
   Az új Alapszabály-tervezetet a vezetőség által javasolt módosítással megtekinthető ide kattintva
4. Egyebek.

A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges.

Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a jogszabályok értelmében azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2022. június 17-én 18 óra 10 percre hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. A megismételt közgyűlés a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.
