A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. New research and discoveries during surgery show that they are learning and offering new ideas for professionals, craftsmen and subcontractors to examine the region of surgery to share their test encounters and enjoy intelligent exchanges.

| This will be the first ESSKA2000 Instructional course on knee arthroplasty, coordinated by ESSKA2000 Integration Committee. We have invited excellent international faculty that will give you an up-to-date survey on the state-of-the-art knee replacement, including revision surgery. Total and unicondylar prosthesis, mobile versus fixed, posterior stabilized or not, patella resurfacing versus nonresurfacing, minimally invasive approaches, etc. are ever interesting topics.
