KöszöntőKedves Kollégák!Harminc évvel ezelőtt megkeresett a Convention Budapest nevében Bagdi Károly és Miklósi Ferenc, hogy szervezzünk közösen egy konferenciát a gyógyszeres kezelések témájában. Nekem nyilván az antibiotikum kezelés, az infekciók tárgyköre jutott eszembe, hisz akkor már évek óta szerveztem antibiotikum továbbképző tanfolyamokat. Igy indultunk 30 évvel ezelőtt és a kezdeti 100 körüli résztvevőszám az évtizedek során fokozatosan 500-700-ra nőtt. Mindig arra törekedtem, hogy a mindennapi klinikum mellett legyenek kitekintést adó fontos elméleti előadások, az antibiotikum terápia mellett szerepeljenek a munkánkhoz nélkülözhetetlen társszakmák, igy a mikrobiológia, vakcinológia, immunológia kapcsolódó kérdéskörei is. A meghívott előadók, akik mind szakmájuk kiváló képviselői, garantálták a magas színvonalat. Ehhez járult hozzá a szervezők által biztosított kellemes környezet és a közösen teremtett jó hangulat. Úgy gondolom, a 30 évi munka elősegítette a betegek jobb ellátását - volt haszna az antibiotikum konferenciáknak! A 30. konferencián sem térünk el az eddig megszokottaktól, lesz szó az antibiotikum terápia kérdéseiről, vakcinációról, új megközelítésekről. Lesznek áttekintő előadások, beszámolók egyes kórképek antibiotikum kezelésének kérdéseiről és külön blokkban foglalkozunk a rezisztenciával és a mikrobiológiai vizsgálatok interpretálásával. Nagyon remélem, hogy a 30. konferencia méltó lesz az eddig kiharcolt elismertséghez. Várom Önöket! | | Üdvözlettel,

1. 67 éves nő. Szérum kreatinin 62 μmol/L, eGFR 89 mL/min/1,73 m2, albumin 30 g/L, hematuria, proteinuria 7 g/nap. (referálják: Dr. Bogó Ákos, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 68 éves nő. Szérum kreatinin 143 μmol/L, eGFR 32 mL/min/1,73 m2, albumin 39 g/L, proteinuria 1 g/nap, mikrohematuria. 20 éve ismert hipertónia, 30 éve ismert és kezelt SLE. MPO-ANCA pozitivitás. (referálják: Dr. Nagy Tamás, Prof. Iványi Béla).
3. 42 éves nő. Idült vesebetegség, fiatalkor óta ismert hipertonia. Családi anamnézisben ismert SLE. Kétoldali zsugorvese. Tumorgyanús képlet miatt bal oldali nefrektómia. (referálják: Dr. Bajcsi Dóra, Prof. Iványi Béla).

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
The Italian Society of Dermatology (SIDeMaST) is honored to host the 24th World Congress of Dermatology (WCD) in Milan from June 10-15, 2019. It will be held under the auspices of the International League of Dermatological Societies.
We are very proud that this prestigious event will again take place in Italy, as it has been over 40 years since we last hosted the world’s dermatologists. Milan has a rich historic heritage, dating back to when it was the capital of the Western Roman Empire. While in Milan, Leonardo da Vinci, the quintessential Renaissance artist and scientist, drew his iconic Vitruvian man and painted the world renowned Last Supper. The city is adorned with many gorgeous buildings, from both the past and the present. Today Milan is a dynamic and trendy city, a renowned international centre for fashion and design as well as the arts and science.
There are convenient connections to the other great cities of Italy, including Venice, Florence and Rome, as well as the lakes region.
Mi.Co. – The Milan Congress Venue is ideal for such a great Congress and it will comfortably accommodate the WCD participants, Sponsors, and Exhibitors.
The Meeting will focus on major breakthroughs and advances in Dermatology, ranging from clinical practice to research, technology and innovation. There will be many opportunities for experienced clinicians as well as young dermatologists, nurses and allied professionals. Outstanding dermatologists from around the world will play a vital role in every WCD session as chairs, co-chairs, and speakers.
We will also offer a varied social programme to provide an opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones. We are confident that our scientific organisation, together with the well-known Italian hospitality, will make the 24th WCD a memorable event.

3 April 2018 - Deadline for new member applications to join the ILDS. The ILDS cannot accept applications in the 12 months that precede the World Congress of Dermatology.
July 2018 - ILDS Board Regional Director nominations open.
August 2018 - Registration for the Assembly of Delegates opens.
August 2018 - ILDS Board International Director nominations open.
10 December 2018 - Deadline to submit letter of intent to bid for the 25th WCD in 2023. This must be submitted at least six months before WCD 2019.
