Esetek:
43 éves férfi. Rutin laborvizsgálat igazolta 5. stádiumú veseelégtelenségét, teljesen panaszmentesen. Belgyógyászati betegség nem ismert, gyógyszert nem szed. Jelenleg BMI normál, korábban túlsúlyos volt. Subnephroticus proteinuria.
67 éves nő. Kezelt T2DM, B12 hiány, 2022 februárban vesefunkció eltérés, mely azóta jelentős progressziót mutat, aktuálisan predialitikus stadiumú.
37 éves nő. eGFR = 29 ml/mnin/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 4 g/die. Hypertonia, egy éve romló vesefunkció. Távolabbi anamnézisében hypothyreosis, fejfájás, NSAID szedés. Immunszerológiai vizsgálatai negatívak.

A konferencia célja, hogy körüljárja a módosult tudatállapotok jellemzőit, sokszínű megjelenési formáit, jelentőségét és a velük való tudatos munkában rejlő legkorszerűbb gyógyító és fejlesztési lehetőségeket, irányzatokat. A hagyományosan közösségépítő és identitásformáló esemény résztvevői nemcsak nagyobb elméleti tudással, hanem kézzelfogható és alkalmazható gyakorlati eszközökkel gazdagodva térhetnek majd vissza a hétköznapokba. Tisztelt Kollégák!
2023.06.01-03. között Hajdúszoboszlón kerül megrendezésre a Magyar Nőorvos Társaság Cervixpathologiai Szekciójának XXIV. Kongresszusa és Továbbképző ülése. A rendezvény nagy múltra tekint vissza és hosszú évekre visszamenően nagy népszerűségnek örvend. Idei rendezvényünk különlegessége, hogy a COVID pandémia miatt a kétévente megrendezésre kerülő összejövetel elmaradt, így ezévben 4 év kihagyás után rendezzük meg. Hagyományainkhoz híven, célunk a nőgyógyászati onkológia legújabb eredményeinek bemutatása interdiszciplináris fórum keretein belül, felvállalva a továbbképzés feladatait is. Emellett olyan aktuális problémák megvitatására is sor kerül, mint a méhnyakrák primer és szekunder prevenciója, annak jelenlegi hazai helyzete és megújításának lehetőségei. Témáink közé tartozik még a molekuláris diagnosztikai módszerek és az ezekhez kapcsolódó új terápiás lehetőségek bemutatása, azok napi terápiás rutinba való beépítése, a lehetőségek legteljesebb kiaknázása céljából. Mindezek mellett rendhagyó programokkal várjuk a kedves résztvevőket, mely rendezvény egyben kellemes kikapcsolódást is garantál a méltán híres hajdúszoboszlói környezetben.
Kongresszusunk akkreditációja folyamatban van, így a résztvevők számára kreditpont szerzési lehetőséget is biztosít. A rendezvénnyel kapcsolatos információkat megtalálják a kongresszusi értesítőben megjelölt elérhetőségeken.
