Magyar Osteológiai és Osteoarthrológiai Társaság Osteoporosis Világnap Konferencia és Sajtóbeszélgetés Rendezvény vége: 2005.10.19. Magyarországon 500 000 nő és 300 000 férfi szenved csontritkulásban, és további 1 millió nő és 600 000 férfi veszélyeztetett. Magyarországon az osteoporosis számlájára írható új combnyaktörések száma 16 000 évenként, emellett 27 000 csuklótörés - és kb. 30.000 új csigolyatörés is jelentkezik.
