A Balneológia ismét a medicina érdeklődésébe került, melyet számos hazánkban tartott nemzetközi esemény is igazol. Egyesületünk taglétszáma folyamatosan nő, tudományos elismertségünk terén is előre léptünk. Az ez évi rendezvényen a tavalyihoz hasonlóan számos kiváló külföldi előadót köszönthetünk és a gyógyvizet orvosi célra használó társszakmák, így az ortopédia, idegsebészet, traumatológia, osteoporosis, sportorvoslás jeles képviselőit is meghívjuk, hogy részt vegyenek kongresszusunkon.A kongresszus után rendezzük meg közvetlenül az első nemzetközi Balneológiai, Orvosi Hydrológiai tanfolyamot.
