Az MGYT-HGYE Házi Gyermekorvosi Szekciója következő taggyűlését 2022. szeptember 10-én, 16 órai kezdettel tartja a Club Tihanyban, a HGYE Őszi Konferenciájához csatlakozva.

A Házi Gyermekorvosi Szekció, a magyar alapellátó gyermekorvosok tudományos szakmai műhelye, 2015-ben alakult. Célja az igényes, nemzetközi mértékkel mérve is magas színvonalú, bizonyítékokra alapozott, ugyanakkor szociálisan érzékeny, a közösségi orvoslás és a szociálpediátria szempontjait figyelembe vevő alapellátó gyermekgyógyászat és prevenciós gyermekellátás megőrzése, és folyamatos szakmai fejlesztése. Ez egyben a házi gyermekorvoslás, mint a klinikai gyermekgyógyászat és a családorvoslás egyes jellemző tartalmait egyesítő önálló tudományos diszciplína szakmai identitásának erősítését, ügyének előre mozdítását is szolgálja.

A Szekció tagja lehet minden gyermekorvos, aki az MGYT vagy a HGYE tagja és a szekció céljaival egyetért, ezek megvalósulása érdekében annak tevékenységében és rendezvényein részt kíván venni. A tagság ingyenes, azonban nem automatikus, regisztrációhoz kötött.

A szeptemberi taggyűlés tervezett három fő napirendi témája a Szekció vezetőségének megújítása, az Alapító Nyilatkozat módosítására érkező javaslatok megtárgyalása és egy nyílt eszmecsere, vita („brain storming”) a Szekció jövőbeli szerepéről, tervezett tevékenységéről.

A Szekció leköszönő vezetősége nevében arra kérünk, hogy az alábbi űrlap kitöltésével legkésőbb augusztus 31-ig légy kedves megerősíteni, hogy meg kívánod-e újítani tagságodat a Szekcióban, illetve, amennyiben még nem vagy a Szekció tagja, neved és elérhetőséged megadásával szintén ezen az űrlapon regisztrálhatsz.

A szeptemberi tisztújító taggyűlésen a Szekció hét tagú vezetőséget választ. A választás előzetes jelölés alapján titkos szavazással történik. A Szekció regisztrált tagjai közül bárki bárkit jelölhet, a jelöléseket a felkért Jelölő Bizottsághoz kell eljuttatni. A Jelölő Bizottság elérhetőségét, ahová a jelölni kívánt személyek nevét kell beküldeni, szeptember elején megküldjük a Szekció augusztus 31-ig regisztrált tagjai részére.

A magzati szívhiba a leggyakoribb fejlődési rendellenesség, prevalenciája 9.4/1000 élveszületés. A koraszülés mellett a csecsemőhalandóság meghatározója. A szívfejlődési rendellenességek antenatalis felismerése javítja a preoperatív és postoperatív mortalitást és morbiditást valamint a neurológiai kimenetelt, különösen hypoplasias balszívfél szindróma, nagyér transzpozíció és súlyos coarctatio aortae esetében.

A prenatalisan felismert szívhibák esetében a szülés helye, ideje, módja, szülés körüli speciális teendők igénye megszervezhető, így a prognózis javítható.

Az egyes szívhibák méhen belüli felismerési aránya tükrözi az adott centrum, ország szűrési hatékonyságát.  A szűrés hatékonyságát a szűrést végző elméleti és gyakorlati felkészültsége nagyban befolyásolja, mint ahogyan az alkalmazott szűrési protokoll is.

Terveinkben olyan egynapos, elméleti és gyakorlati tréning szerepel, ahol kis létszám (5-10 fő) mellett az érdeklődő nőgyógyász, szonográfus kollégáknak lehetőséget biztosítanánk, hogy elmélyüljenek a magzati szív és keringési rendszer I. és II. trimeszteri szűrésének módszertanában.

Tervezett tematika:

1. Rövid, bevezető gyakorlati rész: fontos és hasznos gépbeállítási paraméterek, Doppler technika bemutatása a gyakorlatban.

2. Elméleti rész:
- II. trimeszteri szűrés, síkok, normál anatómia (nőgyógyász kolléga).
- I. trimeszteri szűrés, síkok, ami elvárható (nőgyógyász kolléga).
- Síkok szerinti pathológiák: négyüreg, kiáramlási pályák síkja, 3 eres sík… (gyermekkardiológus)
- Hypoplasias balszívfél sziondróma
- Nagyértranszpozíció
- AV szeptum defektus

3. Gyakorlati rész: „hands on” tréning. A részvevők aktív bevonása, síkok kivitelezésének gyakorlatban történő bemutatása.

We are kindly inviting you and your colleagues to the International Perforator Flap Dissection Course which will take place in Brno, Czech Republic, on September 9-13, 2022.

We are delighted to inform you that this year the course will be hosted by four superstars of our speciality - Dr. J.P. Hong, Dr. G.G. Hallock (USA), Dr. J. Macia (ES) and Dr. E. Cigna (ITA). This will be a rare opportunity to make our minds influenced by a magic spirit of pioneers, who shift significantly the borders of microsurgeons' possibilities to help those who need us. Experiences from meeting these giants can be strongly influential especially for younger colleagues. 

Compared to the last year's successful course hosted by Dr. J.P. Hong and Dr. P. Berrino, this year the course has been expanded so that it now includes live surgeries section as well as workshop on preoperative diagnostics at Masaryk University simulation centre, where participants will be guided by experienced lecturers to map the vascular supply to the flaps using colour duplex sonography on live models and also Angio-CT in selected clinically relevant cases.

This dissection course has been designed to address the needs of the residents in plastic surgery who wish to learn flap dissection as well as more experienced plastic surgeons who wish to extend their repertoire of flap surgeries. All of our exceptional guests will be present in anatomical lab and participate in the teaching process in person! The course will be held at the University Centre for Surgical Anatomy providing fresh-frozen cadaver specimens enhanced by an advanced technique of coloured silicone vascular injections emphasizing the vascular anatomy of the flaps and facilitating dissection. A hands-on approach will be used with no more than two participants per cadaver specimen. We still have limited spaces left for hands-on participation.

This course will be followed by a day of lectures. The audience will have an exceptional opportunity to learn from the world leaders mentioned above. We anticipate their key note lectures, which will provide us with extraordinary educational experience. The lecture day will also provide space for nearly 30 presenters in free papers category. The best free paper and the most difficult case with the best microsurgical reconstruction solution will receive an award equal to 50% of the registration fee.

The last day of the program will be spent at the Simulation Center of Masaryk University where participants will have an opportunity to examine vascular anatomy of perforator flaps by means of colour duplex ultrasound devices on live models and also examine perforators on CTA in selected clinically relevant cases and compare their position in the Anatomage table (3D Anatomy & Virtual Dissection Platform). 

In the same day, our experts will perform selected surgeries, which will be streamed to the Simulation Centre of Masaryk University. Simultaneously, participants will have an opportunity to follow and discuss with the surgeons during the live surgeries.

For its ninth edition, which will take place from 3^rd to 5^th May 2022, the Geneva Health Forum will address crucial issues for our future. Under the theme “Covid-19 Pandemic and Environmental Emergency: Reinventing Global Health in Times of Global Changes”, the GHF will help us learn the lessons from the Covid-19 crisis and better understand the impact of environmental degradation on human health.

Indeed, the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted our fragility as societies in the face of zoonoses, diseases that appear in the animal world and that can spread to human beings. Biodiversity loss and fragile ecosystems are factors that worsen this risk. Pollution and climate change are already having an impact on our health.

One thing is clear: our health is intrinsically linked to the health of the environment and global health must be revisited in the light of these implications. A paradigm shift is needed.

The Geneva Health Forum will provide a platform to help us better understand these issues and discover initiatives that can offer possible solutions.

The Congress of the European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO) is now a very well established scientific meeting, and has participants not only from Europe, but from all continents of the world. It is the largest congress in dermato-oncology and there are no competing congresses in this field.

The 18th EADO Congresswill be hosted in the amazing city of Seville, Spain and will be a hybrid event comprising both an in-person conference and a virtual conference. We believe it will be one of the first congresses where face-to-face meetings will once again be possible.

Each EADO congress brings with it a special area of emphasis and Seville has a clinical focus on both the early diagnosis of skin cancer and dermatosurgery as part of the integral approach to skin cancer patients. Consequently, the promising therapeutic landscape that the increasingly conservative surgery and the latest breakthroughs in immunotherapy and targeted therapy bring to skin cancer patients will be comprehensively discussed in Seville, with also special attention to dermoscopy and other diagnostic technologies.
