KEDVES KOLLÉGANŐK ÉS KOLLÉGÁK!
Az elkövetkező időszak egyik legfontosabb feladata, hogy megújítsuk a kozmetológiai képzést. Ennek részeként az idei Kozmetológiai Kongresszust is új szellemben, a gyakorlatiasságot előtérbe helyezve, az eddigiektől kissé eltérő formában szervezzük. Egyrészt szakítunk azzal a hagyománnyal, hogy csak egy-egy izolált eljárást oktassunk részletesen. Programunkban ugyanis emellett megjelenik az a szemlélet, amelyet valójában a gyakorlat képvisel, hogy egy adott régió kombinált rejuvenációjában gondolkodjunk, az egyes testtájak – mondjuk az egyes arci régiók – kapcsán elemezzük a szóba jöhető eljárásokat: rávilágítunk az alkalmazható kezelési módszerek előnyeire, hátrányaira és veszélyeire. Ehhez egyes előadások formátumát is megváltoztatjuk, ugyanis mint tudjuk, több helyes út is lehetséges, s valamelyest szubjektív is, hogy mit és milyen sorrendben választ a kezelő orvos. Ezért nem csak előadás végi hagyományos diszkussziókat, hanem kerekasztal diszkussziókat is szervezünk, amelynek lényege, hogy egy elhangzott bevezető előadás témájához moderátor közreműködésével 3-5 tapasztalt esztétikai bőrgyógyász véleményét kérdezzük relatíve hosszú, 25 perces időtartamban, és konkrét esetek, problémák bemutatásával igyekszünk a gyakorlati teendőket, a döntések hátterét szemléltetni.
Másrészt programunkban fókuszba kerül a plasztikai sebészet és a bőrgyógyászat határterülete, s bemutatjuk a mai modern plasztikai sebészeti eljárásokat, valamint a hegek modern kezelését a profilaxistól a terápiás palettáig, a striáktól a torzító és funkciógátló keloidokig. Ehhez neves plasztikai sebész előadókat is meghívtunk.
Végül pedig nagy hangsúlyt kapnak a hibák és ezek megelőzése, ill. a szövődmények elhárítása, mely témáknak kerekasztal diszkussziót is szervezünk.
Az előadások és kerekasztal diszkussziók mellett workshopokkal is segítjük az esztétikai és bőrsebészeti beavatkozások elsajátítását. Ezek közül kiemelendő a hazánkban elsők között megszervezett cadaver filler workshop, melynek keretében a résztvevők cadavereken tudják a különböző szúrási technikákat fájdalom- és szövődménymentesen gyakorolni.
A kozmetológia iránti igény az elmúlt években óriási növekedést mutatott a lakosság körében, piaca évi kb. 10%-os mértékben intenzíven növekszik nem csak hazánkban, hanem világszerte is. Ebben a nem-műtéti eljárások piaca nőtt valamelyest nagyobb mértékben, amelyet a jövedelmek emelkedése mellett ezen eljárások kisebb költségigénye és mérsékelt kockázata magyaráz. Ennek megfelelően az a feladatunk, hogy magas színvonalú oktatással, továbbképzéssel járuljunk hozzá az esztétikai ellátás minőségének emeléséhez. Reméljük, hogy ez sikerül is majd, ennek előzetes elismeréseként a konferenciát szabadon választható formában 38 pontra akkreditálta a Semmelweis Egyetem.
Kérjük, hogy minden érdeklődő jelentkezzen mielőbb, mert a konferencia résztvevői létszáma limitált (az MDT Nagygyűlés befogadóképességének csupán fele), más társszakmákból is várunk érdeklődőket, s különösen a workshopok és a szállás lehetőségek telnek meg igen hamar. Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
