A kongresszus két fő témát érint:
Az új kognitív és viselkedésterápiás irányzatok bemutatása: dialektikus-viselkedés terápia, séma terápia, metakognitív terápia, mindfulness alapú kognitív terápia, konstruktivista terápia, gyermek kognitív terápiás módszerek.
