Kedves kolléganők és kolléga urak!
Az elmúlt évek kongresszusai utat mutattak: az egyre szűkösebb anyagi lehetőségek között is magasra tették a mércét. 2 évvel ezelőtt Budapesten a ESCP Master Class minden részvevő számára emlékezetes volt.
Figyelembe véve a további korlátozásokat, a kollégák egyre fokozódó munkahelyi terhelését valamint azt, hogy a két szakág nagyos sok közös témát érint a MST Coloproctologiai Szekciójának és Sebészeti Endoszkópos Szekciójának az elnöksége- egyetértésben a MST vezetőségével - úgy határoztak, hogy 2019-ben kongresszusaikat összevonva tartják meg. Helyszínül Siófokot választottuk. A Hotel Azúr sokak számára ismert és kiváló helyszín, mindemellett a Balaton ősszel is meseszép.
A két szekcó a továbbiakban is megtartja önállóságát. A kongresszuson a Szekció specifikus üléseken kívül néhány plenáris ülés is lesz. Ezek támáját igyekszünk úgy megválasztani, hogy azok a mindenki számára érdekesek legyenek.
Külföldi kongresszusokból tanulva néhány innovációval szeretnénk érdekesebbé tenni az összejövetelt. Ilyen lesz pl. a folymatos video vetítés, ahol technikai újításokat bemutató filmeket tekinthetnek majd meg. Tervünk szerint letölthető mobil applikáció segítségével az előadások interaktívvá tehetők. Igyekszünk több időt hagyni a diszkusszióra. A jól ismert “Consultant’s Corner” szintén érdekes színfolt lehet.
A két kongresszus közös ill. párhuzamos lebonyolítása miatt nagyon fontos lesz a prezentációk idejének szigorú betartása. Ezért a több kongresszuson alkalmazott eljárás szerint a szót a technikus a megadott időpontban automatikusan megvonja. Így a idő betartatás nehéz feladata alól mentesülnek az ülés elnökök.
Sajnálattal értesültünk arról, hogy a Magyar Koloproktológus Társaság beszűntette a tevékenységét. Kiváló, magas szakmai színvonalú rendezvényeikre mindig szívesen gondolunk vissza. Szeretnénk továbbvinni a Társaság hagyományait, megőrizve szellemiségét, ezért a Herczel Manó és Bergström díjat a Coloproctologiai Szekció vezetősége továbbra is oda kívánja ítélni. Természetesen a Veres János emlékérem átadására is sor kerül majd a megszokott módon.
