The 13th EFIS-EJI Tatra Immunology Conference will include lectures by invited speakers, poster presentations by other participants and informal discussions combined with extended midday recreational activities. The aim of the organizers is to have the conference in a style similar to the Gordon Conferences, i.e. with a lot of informal discussions and no written proceedings.
Participation is limited to approx. 120. If you are interested in participating, please register electronically via this site before February 28, 2018. You will be informed that your registration has been recieved and will be given the details about conference fee payment. Several poster presentations will be selected for brief oral presentations. The conference fee is 400 EUR and includes conference programme, 4 nights of accommodation (in single or double rooms), full subsistence, evening social programme, transport from the nearest airport (Kosice) and several trips during midday breaks.
A limited number of student fellowships (registration reduction by 200 or even 400 EUR) will be available upon request. More information about the stipends can be found in the section Fellowships.>>

• The Cochrane Child Health Field and the European Paediatric Association (EPA/UNEPSA) on Evidence Based Medicine and respiratory topics.
• The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, the Harvard Medical School & Children’s Hospital Boston and the University Hospital of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine Vienna will each organise special sessions on selected topics.

For several years CSRS-E has organized twice a year the “Hands on Cadaver Course”.
The course combines the unique experience of theoretical classes with hands on practice taught by distinguished faculty members of CSRS-ES. Young orthopedic or neurological surgeons interested in spine pathology benefit by learning invaluable techniques then practicing shoulder to shoulder with some of Europe´s finest surgeons. The Fifth Course was rated extremely well by all participants.
The next course will take place November 26 and 27, 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. The course is held at the well-known and highly respected University of Barcelona´s Faculty of Medicine laboratories. The price for the course is a modest 600 Euros which includes the course, two nights at a hotel, working meals and transportation to and from the course facilities.

Hallux valgus & Ankle arthritis
Foot and ankle surgery has made tremendous progress in the last few years. Today, surgeons can choose from a selection of treatments for hallux valgus and arthritis in the ankle. These open up an even wider variety of surgical options depending on the foot pathology.
We are excited to offer you a programme which will include the management of hallux valgus deformity and current concepts in the treatment of arthritis of the ankle.
