Az orvosi gyakorlatban alkalmazott hipnózis több ezer éves múltja ellenére a 2013-as Hipnózis az Orvoslásban Nemzetközi Konferencia lesz az első olyan tárgyú tudományos találkozó, amelyen e módszer kiválóságai célzottan a biomedicinával kapcsolatos felfedezéseiket mutatják be.
Valóban ámulatba ejtő, hogy a hipnózis milyen kiterjedten alkalmazható a gyógyítás során: a szülésfelkészítéstől a palliatív fájdalomcsillapításig, a fogászattól a sürgősségi ellátásig, a bőrgyógyászattól az agysebészetig – csak néhányat említve.
A hipnózis hatékony eszköz, amely a modern orvoslást komfortosabbá és gyorsabbá teszi, valamint a páciensek pszichés és fizikai állapotának javulását eredményezi. Alapvetően növeli a különböző beavatkozások költséghatékonyságát, ugyanakkor könnyen beépíthető napjaink feszített tempójú orvosi gyakorlatába, mindennapi rutinjába.
Elsőrendű fontosságú, hogy ez a tudás eljusson minél több egészségügyi dolgozóhoz, és lehetőség nyíljon arra, hogy a szakemberek tudományos fórumokon megvitassák szemléletmódjukat, megosszák tapasztalataikat és ösztönzést nyújtsanak egymásnak.
Az első Hipnózis az Orvoslásban Nemzetközi Konferencia során a téma vezető szakemberei tartanak előadásokat és műhelyeket, szimpóziumokon vitatják meg felfedezéseiket és előadásaikon teszik közzé tapasztalataikat. Az angol nyelvű konferencián több magyar nyelvű szekcióban találhatnak választ érdeklődésükre a magyar kollégák.
A magyar törvények értelmében a hipnózist gyógyító céllal kizárólag orvosi, pszichológusi vagy fogorvosi diplomával rendelkező szakemberek alkalmazhatják. Úgynevezett szuggesztív technikákat ugyanakkor más szakma képviselői, így a szakdolgozók is használhatják, vagyis formális hipnózis nélkül építhetik be az egyes módszereket a napi gyakorlati munkába, amivel kapcsolatosan egyre több a kedvező hazai tapasztalat (http://www.sas-ok.hu). A konferencián ezzel foglalkozó előadások és műhelyek is lesznek.
Bízunk benne, hogy a rendezvény során bemutatott technikák nem csak a páciensek gyógyulását könnyítik meg, hanem az egészségügyi dolgozók munkáját is. |

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
