A Magyar Immunológia Haladásáért Alapítvány támogatja 15 fiatal (1981 után született) MIT tag részvételi díj költségeit (150 EURO), aki absztrakttal bejelentkezett a konferenciára.

The conference provides travel grant for participants born in 1981 or later with an accepted abstract. The travel grant covers the registration fee and accommodation in single room in the conference hotel for 2 nights.

Kedves Tagtársaink,
Rendkívüli közgyűlést kell tartanunk a MIT alapszabályának módosítása miatt, melyet az új Ptk ír elő. A (megismételt) közgyűlésre december 1-én 11 órakor, a MESIA konferencia megnyitója előtt kerül sor a Margitszigeten, a meghívót ld. csatolva.
Az alapszabály módosítására két ok miatt került sor: a megváltozott Ptk új előírásai miatt minden civil szervezetnek kötelező megújítani az alapszabályát (2017 március előtt), hogy az megfeleljen az új formának (főleg jogorvoslati lehetőségek beépítése, stb.). A másik ok a vezetőség szándékából fakadt: a választási rend megújítása, egyszerűsítése. Ennek céljából két lépcsősre (előválasztás majd közgyűlési megerősítés) bontottuk a választást, a lényegi munkát a választó közgyűlés előtti időben és a vándorgyűlés első napján (regisztrációkor) kell majd végezni, és a közgyűlés rövid idő alatt, hatékonyan tud majd választani. Ennek a részletes szabályai vannak leírva az új szövegben. További lényeges változtatás lenne az e-mail útján való határozathozatal lehetőségének megteremtése.
Az alapszabály szövegében félkövér kiemeléssel láthatók az új részek (ld. melléklet). A közgyűlésen az alapszabály módosításáról egyben fogunk szavazni. Ha valamely tagtársunk előre írásban kéri, akkor bármely javaslatról/pontról külön-külön szavazunk, és csak a maradékról egyben.
A közgyűlés fontosságára tekintettel megjelenésükre feltétlen számítunk!

A közgyűlés napirendi pontjai:
1. Döntéshozatal a Polgári Törvénykönyvről szóló 2013. évi V. törvénynek megfelelő továbbműködésről
2. Döntéshozatal a Polgári Törvénykönyvről szóló 2013. évi V. törvénynek megfelelő Alapszabály módosításról, valamint egyéb szervezeti, és eljárási szabályok módosításáról, továbbá döntéshozatal a módosításokkal egységes szerkezetbe foglalt új Alapszabály elfogadásáról.
A közgyűlés megtartásának módja: A tagok vagy törvényes képviselőik illetve meghatalmazottjaik közvetlen, személyes jelenlétével megtartott közgyűlés.
Tájékoztatom, hogy a közgyűlés határozatképes, ha azon a tagoknak több mint a fele jelen van.
Amennyiben a közgyűlés az eredetileg meghirdetett időpontban nem határozatképes, úgy a Magyar Immunológiai Társaság elnöke a jelen meghívóban meghirdetett közgyűléssel azonos napon, helyszínen és napirenddel 2016. december 01. napján 11.00 órakor megismételt közgyűlést hív össze és a Társaság megismételt közgyűlést tart, amely közgyűlés az eredeti napirenden szereplő kérdésekben a megjelentek számától függetlenül – a Társaság működőképességének biztosítása érdekében - határozatképes

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
