Tisztelt Kollégák!

A Magyar Diabetes Társaság regionális kongresszusát, a XIV. Kelet-magyarországi Diabetes Hétvégét ebben az évben 2025. október 9-10-11-én (csütörtök-péntek-szombat) rendezzük Egerben, a Hunguest Hotel Flóra szállodában, melyre tisztelettel és szeretettel hívunk minden olyan szakembert és szakmai-vállalati partnert, aki fontosnak tartja a hazai cukorbetegek ellátásának javítását, a megelőzést, a gondozást és a kutatás-fejlesztést.

A kongresszuson tematikus plenáris üléseket szervezünk, melyben felkért neves előadók tolmácsolásában, illetve az MDT szekciói, munkacsoportjai összeállításában hangzanak el akadémiai jellegű előadások és ezek mellett cég-szimpóziumokra kerül sor. Mind a plenáris előadások, mind a szimpóziumok egy-egy adott témakört fognak áttekinteni és az előadók „state of the art” színvonalú ismereteket adnak át a hallgatóságnak. A támogatók jelenléte és színvonalasnak ígérkező kiállításai lehetőséget kínálnak a gyártókkal és forgalmazókkal való személyes megbeszélésekre annak érdekében, hogy az egyes termékek még jobban szolgálhassák a mindennapi betegellátást.

A tudományos program híven tükrözi az endokrinológia sokszínűségét, aktuálisan felkapott témákról hallhatunk előadásokat, ritka kórképeket is érintünk majd. Külön szekciót szentelünk a gyermekgyógyászoknak, illetve az érdekes endokrinológiai esetek bemutatásának. A tudomány mellett természetesen nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a társasági programokra is. A PECH színház ismét meglep minket egy előadással, majd ízletes vacsorával zárjuk az estét.
A szombati fakultatív program keretében ellátogatunk a sopronbánfalvi kolostorba, ahol borkóstolóval egybekötött nívós vacsorával, vezetett körsétával készülnek vendéglátóink.

Masterclasses in advanced thyroid cancers (MAsterTC) 26 - 27 June 2025 (Milan, Italy)

The Masterclasses in advanced thyroid cancers (MAsterTC) are an initiative born under the auspices of the European Thyroid Association and aims to increase the knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of advanced differentiated, medullary and anaplastic thyroid cancer. The Faculty will include endocrinologist, oncologist, pathologist, nuclear medicine doctors who have a recognized experience in the thyroid cancer topic.

MAsterTC will be a full immersion clinical and translational event designed for specialists with some experience in the thyroid cancer field who would like to receive further training on the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors from a multidisciplinary point of view.

Participants will be exposed to several topics and to a practice-oriented training.

MATC will be opened to a maximum of 50 participants and will be organized into plenary lectures and interactive workshops. Moreover, a tumor board scenery will be simulated where participants will present and discuss clinical cases to an International faculty of top experts (participants will be assigned to one of the 4 selected items and notified in advance to allow the preparation of the clinical case).

MATC will be divided into 2 educational parts:

1. Slides of the lectures shared with attendees before the event to give each participant the chance to deepen into different topics and to prepare for the in-person discussion

2. In-person event which will also give to the participants the opportunity to interact with experts in the field and to begin building an International Thyroid Cancer Network

The Masterclasses will be held in ENGLISH

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
Have you heard the news? PIN has turned into SPIN! That is definitely more than a play on words. PIN (Psoriasis International Network) did a great job over the years when it came to catalysing activities around this enigmatic disease. In contrast, many more diseases of the skin lack that high level of attention, availability of resources, and consequently research activity. We decided to change this, turning PIN into SPIN, the Skin inflammation and Psoriasis International Network. To date, SPIN gathers world-renowned experts not only for psoriasis, but for alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and vitiligo as well.    
We kicked off this evolution in 2017 and are determined to continuously push forward. The SPIN 2025 congress program reflects our ambition and offers innovative formats:

  • Plenary sessions feature famous colleagues addressing topics of general interest to foster “inter-disciplinary” discussions.
  • Parallel sessions (only two at a time) will take a deep dive into the different diseases.
  • We invite young colleagues to present a poster and to engage on in-depth and personal discussions during a dedicated poster walk.
  • You will find a residents’ forum, a session on the global perspective on inflammatory dermatoses, and several more “extraordinary” formats.
  • All speakers are briefed carefully to make their respective presentations truly interactive via a congress App that will allow voting and commentaries.
  • Finally, you will find yourselves in an exciting place! Sign up for a rooftop party literally “sous le ciel de Paris”!!

There are soooooo many great reasons to attend the SPIN 2025 congress! I look forward to meeting with you in person on the occasion of my favorite congress at my favorite place!
